Refunds

Purchasing a puppy is a significant and lifelong commitment. We encourage our customers to thoroughly consider this decision to ensure they are ready to welcome a new family member into their home.

At Dachshund Puppy Den, we incur substantial expenses and risks when a puppy leaves our care. We hope you are prepared to invest the necessary time and effort to care for your new puppy, understanding that they require extra attention and love. While we do not offer trial periods for our puppies, we recognize that occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may arise.

If you determine within 48 hours of purchase that you cannot keep the puppy, we offer the following options, subject to our discretion:

• Exchange: You may exchange the puppy for another one of equal value, one time only.
• Partial Refund: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued. We will explain why a full refund is not possible to ensure transparency.

Our goal is to ensure the well-being of our puppies and the satisfaction of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this transition as smooth as possible for both you and your new puppy.
