To ensure their safety and yours, our puppies travel onboard with passengers. Upon arrival at the airport, a delivery van will bring your puppy directly to your home to minimize contact.

Delivery Process We offer next-day delivery after payment confirmation. Once your payment is verified, you can expect your puppy to arrive the following evening. We will provide you with a tracking number and all necessary shipping details to ensure you are prepared to receive your new puppy.

Shipping Procedure Our shipping process is designed to be straightforward and stress-free. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area in an airline-approved carrier. You will receive detailed information, including the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number to identify your puppy. We arrange for home delivery or airport pickup based on your preference. Our extensive experience ensures that your puppy arrives safely and comfortably.

Air Travel Safety Shipping via air is the fastest and safest method to transport our puppies. They travel in specially designed, climate-controlled, and pressurized compartments, separate from passenger luggage. Our crates are clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and destination details. We also provide ample food and water to ensure your puppy’s comfort during the journey.

Preparation and Care Before shipping, we acclimate our puppies to their crates to reduce stress. We play with them in the crate to make it a familiar and comfortable space. Additionally, we check weather conditions to ensure safe travel and only ship when conditions are optimal. We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy.

Nanny Shipping Service For the most personalized and least stressful delivery, we offer a Nanny Shipping service. An experienced nanny will fly with your puppy and deliver them directly into your arms. This service ensures your puppy receives the utmost care and attention throughout the journey.

Due Diligence Our puppies travel with ice water, bedding, and food as needed. We prefer airlines known for their excellent pet care, such as American, United, and Continental Airlines. A health certificate is required for all pets traveling via air, ensuring their well-being during transit.

Upon Arrival Please be available to receive your puppy at the designated time, either at home or the airport. You will need a valid ID for airport pickup. We appreciate a confirmation call or email once your puppy has arrived safely. We recommend a veterinarian visit within 48 hours for a health check-up. Our follow-up call 24 hours after delivery ensures your satisfaction and addresses any questions you may have.
